Terms of Sale

1. Seller

This website and the products offered are published and sold by Valentin Blond, sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) trading as « HK Synergy », registered office at 4 rue des Olympiades, 13800 Istres, France. 2. Purpose

These terms of sale govern the sale of software plugins for Autodesk Fusion 360 offered by HKSynergy through this website. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms as in force on the day of the order.

3. Products

The products sold are downloadable digital goods (plugins/add-ins). Each product page describes its essential features. The plugins require a compatible installation of Autodesk Fusion 360; it is the buyer’s responsibility to check compatibility before purchase.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown and payable in euros. The applicable VAT regime is stated in section 1. HKSynergy may change its prices at any time; products are billed at the rate in force when the order is confirmed.

5. Order and account

Purchase requires creating an account with a valid email address. The buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for keeping their credentials confidential. The order is confirmed after acceptance of these terms and payment confirmation.

6. Payment

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. HKSynergy neither collects nor stores any card data. The order becomes final only once payment has actually been received.

7. Delivery and updates

After payment confirmation, the plugin is immediately downloadable from the buyer’s account area. The purchase is one-time and grants access, at no extra cost, to all versions of the plugin — past and future — for the lifetime of the product. Buyers are notified by email when an update is released.

8. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with applicable EU/French consumer law, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer’s prior express consent and express waiver of the withdrawal right. By downloading the plugin immediately after purchase, the buyer expressly requests immediate performance and acknowledges losing the withdrawal right. As long as no download has occurred, a consumer buyer has 14 days to withdraw.

9. Warranties

Consumer buyers benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects provided by applicable law. In the event of non-conformity, the buyer may contact HKSynergy at contact@hksynergy.fr.

10. Intellectual property and licence

The plugins and all their components remain the exclusive property of HKSynergy. The purchase grants the buyer a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the plugin. Any unauthorized resale, redistribution, public sharing or decompilation is prohibited.

11. Liability

The plugins are provided as design aids; the buyer remains responsible for verifying the results obtained in their own projects. To the extent permitted by law, HKSynergy shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the products.

12. Personal data

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. In accordance with the French Consumer Code provisions on consumer dispute mediation, after having contacted us and failing a satisfactory reply, the consumer buyer may use, free of charge, a consumer mediation procedure with:

Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
