Digital products

Our plugins are digital content available for download immediately after purchase. In accordance with applicable consumer law, by downloading the plugin you expressly request its immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal. No refund can therefore be claimed once the download has taken place.

Before download

As long as you have not downloaded any version of the plugin, and if you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the purchase to request cancellation and a refund of your order.

Technical issue

If a technical issue prevents you from using a plugin, contact us within 14 days at contact@hksynergy.fr. We will first try to resolve the issue; failing that, we will consider a refund on a case-by-case basis.

How refunds are made

Any granted refund is issued via Stripe, to the payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable time.
