Data collected

We collect: your email address and name (at account creation), your purchase and download history, and technical data strictly necessary for the website to function (session cookie). Payment data (card details) is processed directly by Stripe and is never transmitted to us. When you use the contact form or the idea proposal form, we collect your name, your email address and the content of your message; this data is used solely to process your request.

Purposes and legal bases

• Managing your account, orders and downloads — basis: performance of the contract.
• Email notifications about updates to your plugins — basis: performance of the contract.
• Processing of messages sent through the contact and idea proposal forms — basis: legitimate interest.
• Accounting and tax obligations (invoice retention) — basis: legal obligation.
• Security and proper operation of the website — basis: legitimate interest.

Processors and hosting

To provide our services we rely on the following providers: Supabase (authentication, database, file storage), Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Netlify (website hosting). Some of these providers are located outside the European Union (notably in the United States); transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Retention period

Account data is kept for as long as your account is active. Order and invoice data is kept for the applicable legal period (notably 10 years for accounting records). Upon deletion of your account, your data is erased, subject to legal retention obligations.

Cookies

The website uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation (keeping your login session). These cookies do not require consent. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

Analytics

This site measures its audience with Stat Tracking, a tool hosted on our own infrastructure (stats.hksynergy.fr). This measurement runs without cookies and without consent, under the exemption granted to strictly necessary audience measurement tools.

Data processed: pages visited, traffic source (referring site, campaign parameter), country (never the city), device and browser type, time on page and scroll depth. Your IP address is never stored: it is used in memory to compute an anonymous, short-lived visit identifier, valid for that day only, and then immediately discarded. Sensitive URL parameters (email address, token, identifier) are masked before storage.

Purpose: counting visits and understanding which pages and campaigns bring visitors and lead to a purchase. No resale, no sharing, no advertising profiling, no tracking across days or across sites. Retention: 25 months at most for detailed visit data, after which it is deleted automatically; only aggregated, anonymous statistics are kept longer.

Your right to object: you may refuse this audience measurement at any time, without giving a reason and with no effect on your browsing, using the button below. Your choice is stored on your device and applied immediately. We also honour the Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals sent by your browser.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to contact@hksynergy.fr. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority (CNIL, www.cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not respected.
