Add-ins built for mechanical design
HKSynergy builds add-ins for Autodesk Fusion 360 aimed at design offices, machine shops and makers. Instead of redrawing standard geometry by hand, you generate it from a few parameters.
Groove Maker creates ISO 14 / DIN 5463 splined shafts, Knurl Maker applies DIN 82 knurling (straight, raised diamond, recessed diamond or grid) to a cylindrical or flat face, Gear Generator builds 17 types of parametric gears and mechanisms (spur, helical, bevel, worm and wheel, planetary train, cycloidal drive, Geneva drive…), and BOMForge exports the assembly bill of materials to Excel, CSV, JSON or XML.
All four tools share the same goal: automating repetitive design-office work, with a one-time purchase and free lifetime updates. Use them on their own or together: BOMForge can, for example, build the bill of materials of an assembly that includes Gear Generator gears and Groove Maker splined shafts.
